Our basic option if you are looking to save money.
This package includes kitesurf lessons with a certified multilingual instructor, all gear and instruction in one of the best and windiest spots in the area. The perfect option for full beginners and intermediate kitesurfers.
Kite trips or wave trips, surfboard lessons and rentals, spanish lessons, Yoga, adventure tours and more are available for an extra charge.

NADA MÁS QUE BUENOS MOMENTOS EN SURF RACER HOUSE. Me lo pasé muy bien y aprendí muchísimo en Surf Racer House. El horario fue genial: surf por la mañana, luego kitesurf y una sesión de yoga justo antes de la cena. Chelu es una excelente instructora de kitesurf, nos explicó todo muy claramente. Octavio y yo salimos a surfear por las mañanas y él me dio algunos consejos muy útiles que mejoraron mi técnica. La comida fue excepcional, platos tradicionales peruanos caseros con una presentación fantástica, Octavio es un excelente chef. En general, es un campamento de surf increíble, no te decepcionará.

I wanted to learn how to kite board with good instructors so I went to the Surf Racer Board House for 5 nights and 4 days of lessons. I was very pleased with the response from Chelu and the crew in arranging a package that fit my schedule. I was very, very pleased with the quality of the healthy meals, the patience of my kite instructor, the quality of the yoga, and the comfort of the bed! All aspects met or exceeded my expectations. As a solo, female traveler, I felt very safe and welcomed. I was able to confidently progress my kite skills with a very professional instructor.

I’m beyond thrilled with my experience with the Surf Racer Peru team. I spent one week learning how to kitesurf and it was the holiday of a lifetime. All the staff made my stay easy and relaxed. It was the perfect balance of activities and relaxation. Everyone knew what to do and was always on time but of course, the atmosphere was super chilled at the same time. North shore Peru is a great place to kite, we had wind every single day and conditions were perfect. The kite house has top kitesurfing gear, walkie-talkies and bilingual instructors; I learned with Tito (he is great!). The yoga was great to end the day and the food… delicious, fresh and homemade by a wonderful cook. I would love to come back one day and recommend it to everyone who wants to learn to kite and surfing.

Fantastic place to relax and enjoy surfing at your door step. The owners are friendly and accesible, always easy to coordinate everything that we needed. The kitchen is fully equipped, so we were able to cook meals with other guests and share good times after a day in the water. Breakfast is included and it’s delicious, Octavio cooked some really tasty meals for us. Thanks for our best stay in Peru!

TODAS LAS PREGUNTAS Y RESPUESTAS SOBRE NUESTRAS CLASES DE KITESURF

Semiprivate Format: 3 hours lessons. 2 Students / 1 Instructor / 1 Kite.
Private Format: 2 hours lessons per day. 1 Student / 1 Instructor / 1 Kite.

This is an example of a Beginner Kiteboarding Course but your Instructor will adapt your course to your level and progression. Remember: More days of lessons, you will progress and learn more.

Day 1

You will follow our Lessons plan, which will take you through general theory to understand the wind and how a kite flies, setting up your equipment and how the safety systems and steps work. After this, you will learn how to fly a kite, walk while flying it and master it.

Day 2

Water time! One of the most fun parts of the course. You will learn how to “Body drag”, so you will be dragged by the kite in the water, while you learn how to use the power and master your kite control in the water. From the moment that you are in the water, you will be using a helmet with a radio on it, this way, your instructor will be able to give you directions and instant feedback on your practice; so you will be super at all times and your progression will be so much faster!

Day 3

Board time! It’s time to start with the board and make your first rides! With instant feedback from your Instructor through the radio and miles of beach to practice, your goal will be to ride to both sides and get the most of every minute in the water. From this level and on, it will take some more hours and professional Instruction to master the consistent riding to both sides.

Day 4 & on

Now the sky is your limit! Ride consistently to both sides and be able to ride “upwind”; which is, going back and forth to the same starting point.

During your Kitesurf lessons with us in Peru, your daily Instruction will be adapted to your current level and experience.

All levels are welcome and our Instructors will follow the safety standards and lessons program of the International Kiteboarding Organization.

Our goal is to teach you and help you to become a safe, independent and confident kiteboarder, with a full understanding of the sport, kite spots and technique.

This happens a lot and it’s easy to solve: a REFRESHER Course. 

A refresh course takes you through a “quicker” Kiteboarding Course, in order to “refresh” your skills, the safety techniques and correct anything needed, in order to get back on your Kitesurfing feet.
